In short
Holon and Bat Yam are dense cities with many older buildings without elevators, new towers and streets with limited parking. So a move here starts with planning the truck position, the stairs and often a crane.
Older buildings without elevators
Many buildings in Holon and Bat Yam have no elevator and a narrow stairwell. Sofas, wardrobes and large fridges go through the balcony by crane, which is faster and safer for the furniture.
Truck parking
On dense streets the truck needs to stand close to the entrance. Save a space in advance, and in some cases ask the municipality for permission to stand on the street.
New towers
In towers, especially near the beach in Bat Yam, we book the service elevator and working hours with building management, and pad the elevator and lobby.
