In short
The Tel Aviv area has Israel's largest concentration of biotech, medtech and hi-tech companies, alongside universities and major hospitals. Most labs here sit in office buildings, so the move starts with booking elevators, the loading dock and parking with building management.
Where we work
- Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan: universities, hospitals and biotech companies.
- Herzliya Pituach: hi-tech and medtech companies.
- Petah Tikva: hi-tech parks and hospitals.
- Rosh HaAyin and nearby industrial zones.
Labs in office buildings
- Book the service elevator and working hours with building management.
- A loading dock or truck parking, sometimes with a municipal permit.
- Protection for the lobby, corridors and elevators.
- Evening or weekend work when the building is busy.
A crane when there is no other way
Large items that do not fit in the elevator, such as an optical table, a fume hood or a large freezer, sometimes go through a window or balcony by crane. The crane position and the required permits are checked in advance.
Moving out of the centre
Some companies move from the Tel Aviv area to the Shfela, the north or the south. On these moves too, every instrument is labelled with its room in the new building so placement is fast.
Customer responsibilities
Gas disconnection and connection, instrument calibration and biosafety cabinet certification are done by the manufacturer's technician or the lab team, under the customer's responsibility. If needed, we are happy to refer you to a qualified technician we know.
